  1. Log in to Magnolia Travel email (https://outlook.office365.com).
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your email window (next to the question mark icon).
  3. In the left panel that opens up click on Mail under “Your app settings.”  This will open a list of items in a panel on the right.
  4. Click on Email Signature under Layout.
  5. Copy the email signature below and paste into the signature box in your email account.  Be sure to update the information below with your own, where applicable.
  6. You can check the boxes above the signature box or you can manually enter your signature each time from within the Compose screen.
  7. Click SAVE.

Note: The signature may not look quite right when you paste it in the signature box.  That’s because the box is small.  However, it should appear correctly in your email messages.
